    Dont forget MIN aren't paying 400 million
    They only pay 80%. 320 million
    And they get NWE's cash of 20 million
    So, MIN want NWE for 300 Million which is less the M.C.
    And their large share of ep 368/426 has only cost MIN less than 40 Million with the drilling of LD1
