this is a concerted effort i beleive to get down to ten cent level where they will say oh well we have to do consolidation now which will dilute us more and be lucky to see the equivalent of $1 like we have under current trading format. It wont worry fat cats with millions shares will not matter to them but for the rest of us what an awful mess from where we once were. Hope to be wrong but has just been trashed for more than a year.
