What exactly at this point in time has the company value got to do with the Directors and Officers fulfilling their fiduciary duties and obligations correctly?

AVZ's market cap may have increased during the period but what about the scope and size of the activities they were actually undertaking???

Remember at the moment ANZ's a junior explorer....it's not even close to building a plant or being in production
