I am throwing it out there.

To me the activity is unusual.

However, whoever buy ands sells at any given moment is naturally up to those buyers and sellers that make up the market at any point in time.

Still, who where the people/group that got the placement?? I am not trying to be big brother but it is important to ascertain we all are going in the same direction and trying to help each other for our own interests.

The bottom line is USA sanctions Cuba and that effort can take many forms in terms of how some wish to operate for their own separate interests
