They have enough headroom and ample undrawn debt lines. What's interesting about this is that NTA for the stock is ~$2.00 which implies that the business "gaming revenues" is being valued at 12c. The underlying real estate that SGR owns is irraplaceble. Its a real estate play that needs to be unlocked , hence why Blackstone was eager to take out Crown. The underlying value of Crown Melb for mixed use development presents significant upside.
I took some good profits from SGR during COVID, i am back in at below $2 - a company that has significant headwinds ahead however backs by "real assets" that need to be unlocked
