So if my understanding is correct the company is confident that the EPA and other approvals for the southern portion will be granted by June and the longer approval process relates to the Northern portion of the deposit? That's welcome unexpected news. I suppose we'll find out the NPV estimates for this deposit next month to get an idea of the monetary impact. I think a good outcome overall if they can indeed get the approvals on time. I look forward to doing a full revaluation once we get those estimates.
