Request for Trading Halt
Tombola Gold Limited (ASX:TBA; the Company) requests that a Trading Halt be immediately granted
by ASX with respect to the Company’s securities, pending the release of an announcement regarding
a material announcement regarding gold processing and commercial operations.
The Company requests that the Trading Halt remain in place until the earlier of an announcement to
the market regarding the above, or the commencement of trading on Thursday, 22 December 2022.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
