    Yeh ok hahahahah. It will be taken out soon. Largest appraisal in more than a decade. Just funny how the IVZ investors now will double dip with MAY. Stupidity where the valuation is. Same as 88e, 50 percent less than IVZ, larger resource and apprasial coming up than STX and WGO. Just plain stupid
