IMO the share price is a strong buy at the moment, the increase in volume in major business segments and cost cutting will lead to a strong improvement in CNPAT and offset any increased impairment and impact of interest rate increases.
I would think the business can manage Cost to Income and with a yield of 10-15% in the commercial with an 88% increase in volume will underpin the business' outperformance over the coming 12 months
