Bilbo , (stop yelling!!) , yes the scrap over the Jubilee field and josling for position by almost all the Majors continues in the Ghana/Ivory Coast offshore oil fairway. It is in the news most days. RIA two new permits straddle the giant hits at Jubilee , Odum etc , how is it a $8m cap ASX minnow got to be included with the big boys? The answer will dawn on the market as this rapidly rerates.
