If you look at the 5yr zinc chart you'll see that the current run-up in zinc price is very similar to that back in Mar 2006.

At that time Zinc hovered around $1.06USD/lb and upon breakout reached $1.75USD/lb within 8-10 weeks.

Make no mistake, when this breakout happens again it will be a game changer for Zinc stocks and IBG.

Its also interesting to know that in March 2008 when Glencore first bought into IBG the zinc price was once again at $1.06USD/lb although it was on the way down at that time. Glencore paid 71c per share when IBG was trading at 57c.

This is all well before the latest drill results and resource upgrades were even known. Now you get some idea of how undervalued this stock is.
