well I would have to look at the prospectus of that 16 million raise, but surely it promised to use that cash in a timely way on drilling?
we really should not have 17.5 million in the bank, we should have gone bananas and drilled out every possible decent target we could get our hands on.
noone goes into an SPP in order to watch their cash sit in a cmpanies bank account unspent for years.
