Shareholder value?

Ok so we all have a different angle, some to trade ST, some to invest and hold LT.
Many will feel that IMU is (was) already overpriced, and then there are a lot who feel it's way underpriced.

Don't get me wrong, I'm in the for the long haul, have been for a number of years.

That said.....

My wondering right now - how can the BOD and management sit back at the end (yes we are close enough to the final trade days of 22 for a comparison YTD) of the calendar year, and feel any satisfaction or sense of achievement WRT the share price? (please note here - am separating this from the numerous exciting pathway trials and products and their development)

I thought the company management / BOD mandate was to improve shareholder 'value'?
I'm not seeing it this year.

I would be interested to see people's thoughts on why the SP is not appearing to reflect the many positive steps that have been made during 2022.
