Although this is a positive announcement, these back of the envelope calculations aren't accurate. The announcement clearly says its a "North American partnership agreement". It doesn't matter what Worldlines global market cap, revenue, MSV etc. is as this is for NA only. Hopefully like Google it will expand in the future but for now that's not relevant.
A quick glance at worldline's latest investor details doesn't seem to really breakdown revenue etc by region but there's a good chance that detail is somewhere if someone has time to find and share.
