Well said. Let everything play out. How silly will this class action look if the mining license is awarded and the ICC verdicts go our way. I can't believe that Omni will be rushing into this if they have any semblance of integrity and have done their due diligence and are not just "ambulance chasing" at the whim of a few disgruntled shareholders. The ASX have been kept abreast of what's going on and seem to be satisfied at this point. Class actions, if settled or won typically yield anywhere between $50 and $300 to each qualified shareholder. Not much of a return considering the damage they are doing to the company they have invested in. Go figure.
