If there's any legitimacy to these July 2021 non-disclosure claims, a time when the share price was 17-18c, then an announcement made at the time would have injected a significant degree of doubt into the future of the company and we surely would never have seen the run that it did eventually go on. Likely it would have tanked the share price from there and we may never have gone into suspension but, given how nothing in relation to the mining license has yet to be resolved, it's very likely the share price would still be languishing in the 5-10c territory. If you truly believe that there was non-disclosure of critical information and decide to partake in this class action, you should not expect to get anything close to 78c per share because the very nature of the non-disclosure is what allowed the share price to run in the first place.
