Enriching, the enrichers are completely different entities- enrichment capacity is important yes.
But being progressed. U308 itself in short supply, end- user utilities must access enough supply and secure for their needs in the next few years ahead.

They secure the enrichment first then source the uranium.
As I understand it, the uranium price is going to be not an issue- they simply must secure the U308 supplies. (Uranium- nearterm, available now quite scarce)
