5.2 SOI -undesirable, I would agree to it being a red flag if they had debt andweren't profitable. THIS IS NOT THE CASE

DP tanked his previous company and washed his hands of it - No doubt a potential warning sign but there are other factors that you fail to acknowledge. Nevertheless, I'd say DP learnt some valuable lessons and BRK have benefited from it.

DP sits on the board of other companies thus not putting his full attn into BRK - This is very common practice and although one might think that their time is divided and therefor say "It's a Red Flag" but it simply isn't.

6 years of no SH returns despite operational success? Bud, this is a micro cap and if your expecting dividends your expectations are not realistic. I would like to see (and believe they should) a buyback but suspect DP is holding back because of past failure... over compensating IMO

Management on giant remuneration despite the SP being in the bin, are not buying stock, This shows they don't believe in the company - Now your talking out your arse! These guys all took pay cuts during 2020 and even with their remuneration package being bumped up since then, it is very modest if you compare across the board (commodities sector)

Management have no skin in the game - Agree on this one, I would be happier if they had exposure.


However, this doesn't give an answer to the challenge I gave you... You need to support your statements with supporting facts!
You say their probably break even if not running at a loss. SHOW US YOUR DD, SHOW US THE NUMBERS to support your claim!
