still sounds like the annual xmas share push to me while all the bottom feeders are on holidays.
my problem is still with one hand you are in court( in a case that is in my opinion not willable ) saying we must be allowed to mine U but on the other hand you say you going to redo the EIA to not mine U ,talk about opposites.
but even then someone has not read the act its clear you can not mine if the ore is greater than 100ppm and that's before the problem of how do you stabilize the uranium in a dump arises.
