this 'correction' aka crash thats looming over us, is a godsent gift for those with money, literally cash on deck, ready to scoop up stuff cheaper than what they were gunna initially buy in the current market. ability to rent it out for the same price as the inflated timezone.
interest rates rise, less emphasis on shares creating more volatility or staleness in select sectors.. in about a year or 2 time, bonds will be the talk in town again as another passive income, locking those 5-8% interest rates for 20-25 years (not sure if theyll make adjustments this time knowing we could possibly go back down)
i just feel sorry for those who arent fortunate enough to be born into money or are just starting off/midway through lifes journey and already finding it tough
