By the way, this literally says the Dubbo project is in the red in my opinion.

The optimisation study has a list of items on Table 2 changing the total capital cost from 1297 in 2018 to 1678 in 2021. The pre tax NPV changed from 1236 to 2361 for the same period. However, the post tax NPV is 1581.
So why spend 1678 million to get 1581 million back??? That would be the main problem not to mention how risky some of those figures in the 2021 optimisation study are to blowing out with inflation and higher interest rates forecast. To me that is not strong financial results at face value.
Okay expects, enlighten me, happy to be convinced otherwise. Have not posted at all really as no little about rare earths but since the share price has going from 14 dollars to 1.40 now this could have relevance?
