Your posts tell me a desperation to downramp because you sold out and got burnt and now coming to the big event of an appraisal the largest in more than a decade which got delayed due to pressure issues and it’s now heading north your simply upset. Relax greater than 90 percent appraisal rate but no need to be upset about it and attack me
