The problem with your little conspiracy theory here is that from the start I identified this as a likely non-disclosure issue, and also suggested it would probably end in shareholder class actions. I wrote this back on 1st June 2022, when rampers like you were saying it was all a storm in a teacup and would blow over in a week or so:
I think if this doesn't pan out well, then shareholders will eventually go from blaming evil shorters to joining shareholder class actions. Hopefully that's not the outcome, but it looks a real possibility. Company management have some hard questions to answer about what exactly they knew, when, and why they chose not to disclose it to the shareholders who pay their salaries.
I think enough people on this thread know how all your calls have turned out so far. One of us has been generally correct along the way, and it hasn't been you. But keep up with your armchair-lawyer attempts to stop me sharing my views.
