putting the words "acceleration costs" before the words "to maintain the project delivery schedule", kind of makes the former defunct imo.
I understand it's the lithium industry - and projects rarely meet cost and/or delivery timing targets. However paying an extra 30%+ in order to stay on target (ie. not to exceed the timeline), seems like a bit of a kick in the teeth imo. Additionally, they are yet to deliver the project - let's see if they can now maintain the stated timeline.
