Yeah the dilution is crap but the endorsement by this investor is significant IMHO. We've seen the dilution come with no upside for the last few raises. They needed the money to close out the MC - were low on cash - yet are able to raise at a premium. They could not have done that without signifciant upside coming......maybe next year we will finally get going. Changing to BUY sentiment for first time in couple years.
