    I'd certainly like to see the scope of the Part A Bechtel pre feasibility report.

    I've said all along that its very very strange that Bechtel would take on a feasibility study for such a small customer.

    No offense to LMG but Bechtel are top of the engineering food chain so I'm convinced there is a very big end user 'pulling' this project from the demand side.

    If I'm correct, LMG are way way under valued at the current levels.
