It's OK if you don't have information as no need to keep dragging it to make it looks like you hold some information... lol
DYOR is for publicly available information not applicable for confidential information as those information not supposed to be on public domain ... in my opinion.
You are claiming that you hold company's sensitivity results for stage 1 & 2 cancer and it is not something one can "DYOR" .... in my opinion as company has not disclosed it publicly based on another poster above.
