Everyone wants to be well set for Jorc release in hte next few weeks - and can even feel the sense that PENO may be in the money with good figures....

PEN simply hasn't given much that could be called a 'bad' announcement - (other than cap raising to mates!) - but on hte exploration front they've just kept ticking one box after another - to the point that they're ensured success when mining begins - and ISR cheap mining at that!

2010 should be the year of the permanent re rating for PEN....
