ok so were looking for

1 confirmation the archeo team submitted their report on the track survey (draft/final)
2. agreement by Heritage fold to proceed to lay track and site (presumably bypassing area where stuff found)
3. move Diamond Rig on site
4 commence drilling hole 1
5 complete holes 2 and 3
6 Start DHEM possibly on hole 1 even before holes 2-3 finished (3-5 days each hole depending on?)

I'm going to stick my neck out and say 1,2,3 will all happen rapid fire in early Jan (#1 possibly earlier) and then #4 by mid Jan. Could complete drilling #5 before end Jan then #6 DHEM can start etc. Hopefully evidence of mineralisation during drilling.
