If the takeover wasn't coming until the CHN payout, then this market activity probably wouldn't be happening right at this moment.
Dragon is in no trouble, cash flow is ticking along fine and the chances are is that some sellers that got in cheap are finishing up. Quite painful to look at when looking at the SP.
The fact that the company can pay out the notes in cash at any stage is such a good thing and CHN is very keen to get 100% of the project.
