Seems like a fair question to me @beaver03...........
I would hazard a guess that there is some inherent risk in the prospective stage that we are currently in with VTM. Small caps are generally riskier in a bear market so I'd say that the market is waiting for more rock-solid evidence.There's plenty of small caps that I have seen that have promised the world and delivered nothing so people probably need bit more to go on before the SP gets up there again.
And I believe it will in VTMs case.
