Just some interesting points from Scotts previous "Mukuyu 1 Preliminary results and sidetrack briefing"
These have probably already been covered but bored AF so DYOR'ing.
He said the only updates that will be given during the sidetrack are calling TD and announcing something to the market if its wildy different to what they had seen in the previous drilling. > Looks good so far.
Another point of interest is someone asked if they can see the log data and scott replies "absolutely not, commercial in confidence, will only be accessible to others companies under a CA, if they are interested in either partnering with us, or acquiring us" > Interesting point
Scott said one thing is they have gone through a lot of mud as the weight of the mud has been taking total losses 2 or 3 times through the pebbly arkose. Now a bit of googling shows a total mud loss is generally the result of high pressure gas OR the mud weight. > $$$$$$$$
"Pay zones in the 200 were missed" > $$$$$$$
TD of 3600 will only be drilled in the sidetrack as they can see what is at the TD of ~3900 at the 3600 depth.
