    I wasnt kidding at all when posting if the deal was real.

    It is normal for any investors to conduct checking prior investment decision.

    I checked this company history, so many delays and communication isnt clear ie mine entrance etc

    Searched high and low and there is no words from BMW in relation to this binding deal.
