look RHY would rocket if TGA approves and opposite is also possible if TGA rejects it in my opinion... ! there is no need to be emotional about it as long as you have conviction on your investment thesis in my opinion... !

what happened to TGA December meeting ? i can't see any minutes on their website yet neither can see any future meeting dates ! as always we only have October meeting outcome provided on 13th December (2 month delay to write 1 paragraph)
