This is not directly refering to ASM but the main point is that since the Opti Study was released, construction costs have gone up by 20%. That will bring the Dubbo Capital Cost up to just over $2B. That increase is just over a 12 month period. One will have to ask how much this cost will be by the time Dubbo gets going. Management needs to concentrate on the metal plant and get that going to its full potential before any more money are spent on Dubbo imo.
