The problem is there no way to know if this is another red herring or not. Was this deal struct just to make a CR more palatable like the Glencore announcement or does this Ann actually hold merit?
Did cym just offer the product at discount and say they would even pay interest on the prepayment (how high a %) just to get a deal struct so they can do another CR before they run out of funds for the 2nd time in 6months.
