People cant see the wood for the trees. The 15c to 20c is a pre appraisal by end of Jan price when the traders and brokers are back. 6.4 billion barrels alone in place. Nuts not to buy. The value is there at 15c its still cheap. Give it another nudge up tomorrow, then a bit more during Xmas and new year. Keep on going Roch.
