Why because I want to pay what I consider a fair price, not what you or someone else thinks? That argument doesn't make sense.
Point to where I have ridiculed anyone about buying into PMT. I've been very transparent with my goal and why I think it presently overvalued. Seems plenty of sellers agree (and not because a couple guys "down ramp" or post opinion on HC). Got to agree to disagree or we could do this ad infinitum.
