All this means is they are moving the gas processing plant ~15 kilometres south to "The Precinct". The West Erregulla Field Development program is still in stage 3 of EPA approvals so why wouldn't they want to amend that proposal now while it's still being reviewed? Significantly less land clearing within the same development envelope while also giving the middle finger to Dennis and Donald.
