Mostly just responding to others hey on a point that I agree has been done to death.

But given there's a potential $45mil cash injection from the lawsuit (I'd assume not til at least late next year), and a DFS due in March, depending what day of the week it is, I think this could be punt worthy sub 3. I would hope the $2mil might see the DFS through to completion? If so, that will be a pivotal point IMO and based on the detailed assessments from knowledgeable posters here on the data available, I would suspect it may pivot to the upside.
