If it is producing 6million/oz per year and its ASIC is around $10/oz. I am hoping the margin is around $15 at that stage (us) which makes our profit EBITDA around $120M. If we assign a P/E or 7or 8 we get a SP of 45-50 cents on shares outstanding of around 2000 million due to a partial capital raising/loan for the $250m capital works.
Obviously if the silver price gets to $30/oz then this becomes a SP of 69c. So huge potential. Obviously one can be conservative and a pessimist and change the variables to end up with a SP price of only 32c. But still more than we are now.
