IMHO-,all the recent moves by STX are consistent with the coming cyclone called Gina.
The die are already caste-the Stx TO will occur after wgo is sorted.Its the order you do this.Weak easy cheap target first and then the tough expensive nut.
I suggest you read everything that Ellison fro MIN has said over the last 2 weeks.He talks about the urea plant ,how MIN can manufacture it and how well he works with Gina.
Min are taking over NWE and then they'll do a joint venture with Gina who will own WGO +STX.
