Good luck Dylan83 . It's a freakin hard decision to cop a loss but many of us ,including me many times, have had to do that . I note the Poms now require 25% ish for many loans and that maynot be enough depending on what they borrow . I reckon u might find some good buys in the next year or 2 but when the trend is up on the east coast ,like it is at present ,it's dam easy to forget that other places aren't doing so well . good luck mate.
