Thanks GSE, but even if it goes up, its not the house that can provide my family with what we need. My mrs is badgering me for a 3rd kid and we have a 2 bed house....Has been made to work so far but evidently it wont for long. We are probably going to build a house in Champion Lakes for anybody who knows it in perth
