Yes MP is committed to HCL and like you said if they are planning to recycle it has many advantages MCP had this process 100% working except for particulate clogging filters This has been solved in fact they ate doing full C&L on every thing sent to China That is Oxides why they are sending Oxides. that is proof they have solved filter problem.
MP will have full metal production up end of 2023. and Magnet production early 2024
Long before Lynas has Texas even off the ground. Take a look at pictures of the MP/GM new metals and magnet facility in the MP Q3 report.

Again you show your lack of scientific understanding Things evolve and who knows what motors will look like in 10~ 20years. 10 years ago Tesla could not use PM motors because no one could make a motor over 100HP work. 10 years ago Generators had no PMs if they were bigger than 100 KW.
