You are dealing with God of the OT here. You talk about this Creator based on the OT. But in the OT, there is nothing higher than this God you talk about. In the OT, no one or nothing can demand God to take any responsibility for his actions. So there is no basis in the OT for you to demand that responsibility on this God.
Demanding this God of the OT to take responsibility for his actions is taking this God out of context. I hope you realise that.
