    Yep they missed deadlines, yet still hit every target at a later date. Still recall the endless there’s not even a toilet on-site from several months ago. Some people are just very picky about a project running a few months late and rush in to down ramp the stock at every little issue. Highway near me is running years of delays to its upgrade and that’s near a major city. Get some perspective!
