I have said several times they will slip. They also warned several times still plenty of chances for problems. Now how can you be so clear on there problems and swallow hook line and sinker AL saying on time on budget. Even simple math shows they are neither. I am only asking you to use the same ruler to measure both companies.
As I said time will tell we can watch what Lynas has next June and what MP has in June. Then we can check every 6 months to see how it is going. All CEO's hedge there bets. I think MP is still very clear. As many on this board who are firm believers in Lynas and AL have been starting to say she is becoming increasingly vague. Usually as things get closer to finish people become clearer because there are much less variables. You decide what you want. Intellectual property? Lynas has no patents anywhere. Take a look at MP's patent.
According to Tolly he was told to by KAL plant manger that all equipment is older designs to eliminate problems (it is brand new equipment).

Here is a chart of what they have achieved. Not there was nearly 2 years from NEXT being completed to Covid Lamp was suppose to be in production in 2012, All data from Lynas Q reports check it if you want.. Many say that NEXT shows how well the AL team functions how does this chart back that up. Yes there have been problems but good design knows that and is made to reach its goals in spite of trouble.
