There is a small chance that it might still drop sub 3.5 but given the "plans" promised it is more likely to hover or see a rise. I had thought it may have dropped by now. If I was buying, I would take what is currently on offer. In any event I doubt that it will be at these levels in 6 months time. I am overloaded on POS as it is. My comments are not advice, just my opinion.
