Appology for the tone of my post.

I was frustrated as I have posted the same thing several times in recent months.

I must add that the distributions have not been made from borrowed money, but from an underwritten Distribution Reinvestment Plan, with the shortfall made up by the issue of new securities to the underwriter. Thus it has not depleted company cash but does dilute those who do not take up the DRP units.
